Response Time Is Fabulous

I appreciated the security of knowing help is only a phone call away.  CD Technology response time is fabulous. As a business professional, I have worked with computers for many years and in previous employments have always had an IT Department to take care of any problem I had, but did not know how to fix.  It is such a good feeling knowing that if something does go haywire I can get help quickly and without feeling bad about calling.

I feel that  I don’t have to wait and wait if I have a computer that is down.  The technicians are right on it, which means so much in today’s world of technology.
